They Know Him

THE GENTILE CHURCH has said the Jews are (worship) Old Covenant. But there isn’t one. Somehow, because the Jews won’t accept New Testament Truth, they are condemned. Yet, the Gentile church studies Old Covenant Truths and remains New Covenant.

I asked this before: Would the King of Israel, Jesus Christ, condemn His own lineage? He is Jew. All of Old Covenant is Him. It represents Him, was created by Him, and He fulfilled all of it. He’s in every sacrifice, every feast or festival. He is its ultimate death. We, Gentiles, are grafted into WHO ISRAEL IS (Romans 11:17).

Let me rephrase this. There isn’t an Old Covenant any longer because Jesus fulfilled it (Matthew 5:17). The Truths in the Old Covenant, such as Psalm 23, which we read and trust in, as well as all of the names of G_d are Jewish. And they know them. They were promised salvation and redemption, healing, mercy, and peace. They roll their cares over onto Hashem (G_d) and believe He lives in them. So, if we’re going to continue to say God is no longer with the Jews, then we need to stop reading the Old Covenant Verses.

The church of Acts was started by Jews who learned the Truth from their Messiah. All of that thought is Jewish. It began at Passover, a Jewish festival, in Jerusalem, the city of the Jews. The healing of the lame man, which followed, was the healing of a known Jewish man at the gate of the Jewish temple by two Jews who declared him well in Jesus’ name. Later, Peter, a Jewish learner (disciple), had a dream he should eat all non-Jewish foods and said to G_d that He’d never broken Old Covenant Law (Acts 11:8). This dream confirmed his prayer, a short time afterward, for a family of Romans to be saved and filled with the Spirit. And the Gentiles were grafted in.

A short history needs to be inserted here, which is too long for this page. Summarize it to say the temple was later razed by the Romans, as Jesus prophesied (Mark 13:2), and they would eventually take the Gospel of Jewish Jesus and make it Gentile. The Crusades, an event of more modern kingdoms, which would follow in time, were Gentiles trying to kick the Jews out of Jerusalem. Making it Christian. And we will also dwell here on Germany and World War II, where millions of Jews were murdered because in that was, again, great persecution of the Jews by those grafted into their Covenant.

It stops here. I won’t participate. Jesus is Jew. The church is Jew. I am grateful God saw me, a Gentile from the Southern U.S.A., and loved me enough to lift me out of the muck of life. I adore the King of the Jews. I marvel, too, at what the Spirit has done today with the series “The Chosen”. You must see this next statement! Because a Roman Catholic, who is born again and in love with Jewish Jesus, plays Him on screen. The irony of this is too huge. And God is pleased. Jesus is pleased.
