God Is Good At All Times

"The Father's plan worked completely."

GOD WILL NEVER make you feel ucky. Sickness and disease, birth defects, and any physical or mental abnormalities were not on the earth until Adam sinned. They are the product of sin which Jesus died and rose again to heal. He is our Healer. He wants to heal anything in or on anyone, all the time. He never refuses to heal.

God gave us emotions. They are meant to enhance our life and make us closer to Him and better able to hear Him. Anger and all the results of anger, including strife and violence, are the effect of evil on the earth. Satan is not in control of the earth. Evil only rules those who give it authority over them, through their words and actions.

We see Satan’s effect on this earth in the days of Noah. Without there being salvation of the inner man, our spirit, violence (chamas) took over until there was only Noah and his family left as righteous, or holy in God’s eyes. Noah preach righteousness (2 Peter 2:5). The world did not listen.

If Satan were in control of this earth, this is what would happen again. He would destroy it.

Yeah, I know it looks that way at times, but Minister Bill Johnson solved this theological argument for good. Speaking of the Father, he said:

“There’s no way He’s going to send Jesus to die and then not have that work. There’s no way He’s going to have His Son go through the suffering He went through and then to have to come and rescue.”

This is Truth. The Father’s plan worked completely. Jesus’ Resurrection is proof. He is alive.

In John’s Revelation, Jesus gives Himself as the First and the Last, the Beginning and the Ending. Salvation that He provided is the end of our suffering. Now, having said that, I know there is suffering all around us. I have suffered. Being frank, I should be dead. I’m not because I laid my life in God’s hands with the hope and the belief in His healing power which comes from hope, and I refused to turn loose of the hem of His garment. Here is an image from the gospels. A woman, outcast because of her continuous bleeding, chose to enter the public crowd anyway, saying to herself continually, “If I can but touch the hem of His robe.” When she did, the power of God flowed from Him into her, the power which is the Spirit of God, He SAW HER, and she was completely healed.

Doubt causes death. When people suffer and the suffering doesn’t end, when the pain becomes too much mentally to bear, they give up, death takes over, and they die. There is therefore no condemnation from God on anyone who dies of sickness (Romans 8:1). But His desire is for us to live, and the reason some are healed, and others are not, comes from doubt, which God never gives to anyone.

He is not just in heaven, way up there, but He lives within us. And truthfully, it was knowing this and making Him real in my vision that saved me. Suddenly, I could talk to Him all the time, and He would reply. My situation is like no one else’s, and others suffer in ways I have not. But I know those who were healed completely of what should have killed them and others who went on to heaven. Jesus removes our fear of death, as He did not fear it. I wrote on this about His words in the garden, which you can read here: https://sdwauthor.blogspot.com/2026/01/nothing-means-nothing.html. He was not alone, suffering in hellish torment either. He said the Father was with Him (John 16:32), and truthfully, this is something we must know 100%. He is the Christ. That word means “the Anointed One.” The Spirit is the anointing upon Him, and the Spirit cannot die nor be separated from Him. There is Jesus’ victory. Because Satan was not ever in control of anything in Jesus’ sacrifice.

Let me repeat that: SATAN WAS NOT IN CONTROL OF ANYTHING IN JESUS’ SACRIFICE. He has been destroyed, Hebrews 2:14, a word meaning “rendered useless”. He has no throne, no kingdom, no palace, nor organized system of devils working for him. IT IS FINISHED (John 19:30). It was finished when Jesus declared it, then Jesus “gave up the ghost.” He died only at that moment when He chose to die.

“God made all things for himself and he causes all things to continue.” (Hebrews 2:10 EasyEnglish)

What looks like chaos to us is known to God. We must walk in this knowledge, and even if we don’t understand it really, lay the care of it in God’s hands and refuse to allow doubt to create space between us and our loving Father, whose desire for all things is only good. The prophet Jeremiah stated this in Jeremiah 29:11. God’s thoughts for us are peace and NOT EVIIL. The apostle James, Jesus’ brother, says this in James 1:13. God cannot be tempted by evil, and He tempts no one. The apostle Paul says this in Romans 8:28 and Hebrews 11:6. I love the Easy English of this last verse and will post it below. But we must see that our human perceptions of how God thinks are where doubt comes from. When a human makes a god, it has violence and lust and envy. But we didn’t make God. He made us. And there’s the difference.

“Unless we believe God, it is impossible for us to make God happy. Anyone who comes to God must believe him. That person must believe that God is really there. And they must believe that God is good to people. God gives good things to everyone who really wants to find him.” (Hebrews 11:6 EasyEnglish)

“And we know that in all things, at all times, in all circumstances, God works for the good of his creation and for the good of all who love him. Those who have accepted God’s call—to work with him according to his purpose—experience the good things that God has for them.” (Romans 8:28, Remedy)
