Love Rescues Them

"SILENCE YOUR VOICES."

JESUS PROPHESIED the destruction of the temple. NOT so there’d be Christians instead of Jews. Rome would do the destruction. Later, Rome would turn to Christ and from it would come millions of worshippers. NOT Crusaders.

THEY WERE WRONG.

And so are we if we propose an end to Jewish thought, Jewish worship, Jewish life. Jesus is a Jew. King of Israel. King of the Jews. God of heaven and earth deigned to be born to Mary, a Catholic Saint, and Joseph a Jewish Carpenter. Mary is a Jew, but see here, unity. See here, pomp and circumstance. There’s a cathedral in every known Bible story location across Israel and the surrounding countries. Religious worship of many faiths. Most are open to Gentiles. Many are Gentile worship. But Jesus is a Jew. A New Covenant Jew. This is the argument. And then a whole schmiel about Pentecost and how God changed things.

Stop arguing. God called Paul, a Pharisee, to minister to the Gentiles (non-Jews). He sent Peter, an uneducated Jewish fisherman, to minister to Jewish believers. He showed Peter a sheet lowered from heaven and was plain in its meaning. All men are accepted.

NOT TO THE NEGLECT OF ISRAEL. Nor judgment against styles of worship. If we are going to criticize cathedrals, then we must condemn temple worship for it was full of ceremony. We are meant to “come as we are,” not to make everyone else like us, but to make them all see Jesus and hunger for Jesus. To love Jesus. The idea our style of worship in a modern age is how things should be everywhere is anti-Jesus. He said so. Love one another are His words from a bygone era to a present-day church.

“A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” (John 13:34-35 KJV)

Israel has His heart, His blood is in their streams, theirs is in His. I can no more not be the daughter of my parents than He can of His. Joseph, His earthly father, is beloved by Him. Mary speaks Aramaic and, I’m sure, by now, knows thousands of us. Jesus has brothers and sisters He grew up with in the hills of Judea. And uncles and aunts. And Gentiles who love Him like me. Romans. Ethiopians. Egyptians. Men and women born in Iran and Iraq. Spain, who crucified the Jews for not believing like they do. Germans. Russians. How many died in the Holocaust of World War II? There has been judgment of these, too, some saying they had no salvation and so they perished eternally.

Silence your voices.

Children died so that He might live. Jewish children. And He knows them all. Children died for Molech under false worship. Children died in the Aztecs, sacrificed on altars made for what does not exist. We have murdered children and called it women’s rights. China has forced women to abort millions. Why do we divide them by ethnicity and race?

“Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under.” (Matthew 2:16 KJV)

Why do we divide ourselves by types of worship? The hatred is the same. You cannot legitimize it with politics any more than you can with doctrines or denominations. Your style of underwear are yours and not hers. I hope that sat you up, and you get my point. Judgment sends people to hell. Love rescues them.

“And as touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err.” (Mark 12:26-27)

Acts 11:5-18
“I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a trance I saw a vision, A certain vessel descend, as it had been a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to me: Upon the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I considered, and saw fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. And I heard a voice saying unto me, Arise, Peter; slay and eat. But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth. But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. And this was done three times: and all were drawn up again into heaven.

And, behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Caesarea unto me. And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house: And he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter; Who shall tell thee words, whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved. And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.

Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God? When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.”
