Not Today, Devil.

"Anything less than well is not from God."

DON’T OPEN THE DOOR. What God has spoken, is what God has spoken. Let no man, no thought, no demonic power convince you otherwise. Don’t give into doubt.

Don’t change your confession. If the situation looks the same, if it looks like it’s gone backwards, keep looking at the Word and speaking the Word. There is Truth. Who God is in the Word is who God is in real life. He has not changed one iota.

He is faithful. He is merciful. He is love. He is gentle and kind. His heart is for your complete health, your greatest success, for you to have all the wisdom and knowledge you need to live a long, joyful life.

The enemy tries to twist our view of Him. He cracks the door of failure and hopes the gust of wind blowing in will suck us outward. No thanks. Close that door and nail it shut. Refuse, REFUSE, to go there.

God is good and does good (Ps119:68). So anything that isn’t good is not from God. If it feels hopeless, it’s not God. If it causes fear, it’s not God. If it brings confusion, it isn’t God. If it makes you angry, God’s not in it.

God does not use sickness and disease or pain of any kind to teach you anything. Ever. Jesus died to give us a complete salvation, to deliver us from every work of the enemy. He is our Healer. He is our joy. He is our peace.

Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to fill us, to teach us, to give us strength. The Holy Spirit enables us to live well. Anything less than well, is not from God. We are told to renew our mind to think like God and prove to ourselves that God is good. We do this through the Word and by living in the Spirit. We close our minds to the work of the enemy, to any false imaginations he would cause, and choose to leave the door into God’s liberty open.

Keep freedom in your gaze. Keep health in your gaze. Keep faith in your heart and the hope of the gospel on your tongue. Jesus said to speak to the Father in His name and whatever we ask we would receive. He promised the Father would fill our every need.

He said God would give us the desires of our heart. The desires themselves, what we want comes from Him. If we’re off-center, He’ll lead us back where we need to be. If we’re lacking wisdom, He’ll supply it. If our emotions are on a roller coaster, He is stableness of mind which will lead us to an even place.

Place one foot in front of the other and keep walking forward. If your shoes get stuck in the mud for a moment, cling to the Word, and lean into the Spirit. Don’t turn loose of Truth but dig deep and no matter what it looks like, don’t open the door to failure even a tiny crack.

Because if God be for you, who can be against you? “He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” (Rm 8:31)

“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” (Acts 10:38)
